That's all I can stands, I can stands no more!

A window has litterally fallen out of my apartment. Actually, it has been completely out for a month, and it was in the process of collapsing for a month prior to that.I notified my apartment management that the window was broken (and eventually had fallen out), but they keep saying that the company that owns the building (United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc.) won't let them fix it.

So far I have had no luck contacting this company. I am to the point now, that if the window isn't fixed by the time I return in mid October, I'll pay to fix it myself and take the cost out of my rent payments. (Perhaps, I should check with a lawyer first :-))
