The Squeeky Wheel Gets the Grease

What do you know, I called my apartment complex manager this morning and she said she that she has gotten approval to fix the missing window in my apartment. All it took was an e-mail to investor customer relations. :-)

The regional office in Raleigh still has not returned any of my phone calls. Ah, well.

They will probably have to wait until the rain stops to fix it, but that doesn't matter after all this time. I won't be home until mid-October any way.
