When it comes to the matter of Eternal Life, it is not what we have done, or even who we are that matters. It only matters if you have a personal relationship with Christ Jesus, the Messiah and coming King. It really is, Who You Know, that counts in the most important issue we all face. How, where, and with whom will we spend Eternity.

I grew up in a religious home; went to Church on Sundays and attended private Christian schools, K-12. After that I spent 18 years being very non-religious. Finally, God revealed Himself to my heart (through the prayers of friends and family, and His Holy Word; the book of Romans, in particular). I understand that while I'm a sinner, who can never be perfect (and perfection is God's standard), Jesus met that standard for me (in His life, death and ressurection). All I need do is to turn away from my sins and accept Him as Lord in my life, for His perfection to be counted to my credit.
