The Great Conspiracy

I'm not much of a believer in conspiracies. However, there is one "conspiracy" that I see almost everyday. The people who take part in this conspiracy have contributed to every social ill that western society suffers from today. This conspiracy is the root cause of the worst abuses man has perpetrated on man in the last century.

This conspiracy has lasted because it consists of the willfully ignorant, who believe and teach a lie because the truth is to terrible to accept. It also doesn't need secrecy in general, but this conspiracy thrives because its supporters are willing to shade the evidence, bend the truth, misrepresent facts, and if necessary outright lie.

This conspiracy is the so-called "Theory of Evolution".

The "Theory of Evolution" is the functional expression of "Naturalism" and "Humanism". Naturalism is the belief that there is nothing beyond that which can be observed and explained; therefore there is no Super-Natural. Humanism is the belief that humans are the highest form of life and that we determine our own collective destinies. In fact, as the highest form of life we determine the destiny of everything, in Humanism, mankind is god.

The Theory of Evolution led directly to Nazism. If man is the highest form of evolved life, then it stands to reason that one of the "races" of mankind is more evolved than the rest. Well, since "Aryan" scientists (naturalists) came to this conclusion first, then obviously (accepting the Theory as true) the Aryan is the most evolved, and therefore the superior race. The Munich Olympics really strained this concept, but the answer to why the more evolved superior Aryan athletes lost was that the non-Aryans were "sub-human animals". If you kill off all of those "sub-human animals" so they can no longer pollute the gene pool, then you are doing a service to mankind. Well, if you believe the Theory of Evolution to be true, anyway.

The Theory of Evolution led directly to Communism. Since man is god, then man can best take care of himself. As he evolves he will best take care of himself in a collective society where the workers will do what they are best at, the thinkers will be freed to think, and the leaders will lead. Everything becomes utopia, just like the Garden of Eden as spoken of in the "myths" of the religious. Of course for this to work, one has to free the masses from their religious myths. And since Communism works for the good of all, then if you kill off all of the religiously infected people then you have achieved a greater good for society as a whole. If the Theory of Evolution is true.

The world "over population" lie, legalized abortion, assisted suicide, eugenics, euthanasia, genocide, and more are all the fruit of the Theory of Evolution.

All this is supported by well meaning scientists and teachers who are willfully ignorant of the truth. The scientists know that their individual science doesn't support evolution, but they assume that the other branches do. The geologist knows that geology does not support evolution, but he points to the biologist for the "truth". The biologist knows that biology does not support evolution, but he points to the geologist for the "truth". When they receive results back from their experiments and tests that don't give them "acceptable" answers they either retest until they get results the like or lie about the results to make them fit. The scientists must do this or face scorn and rejection at the hands of their willfully ignorant peers.

Or worse, some scientists are "True Believers". These are the religious fanatics of the Theory of Evolution. They have looked through and seen that if Evolution is false, then Naturalism and Humanism are also false. That means that, if the Theory fails, then there must be a Creator God. And if there is a Creator God, then that Creator, but by the fact of creation has authority to judge... This is to terrible to consider for the fanatic, he will lie, cheat, steal, and even kill to support the Theory of Evolution.

Of course the majority of the believers of the Theory of Evolution are not scientists. They are the everyday person who goes through his or her life with blinders on. Caught up in the cares of day-to-day life, they don't want to think about origins. When they do, they are comforted by the knowledge that all very intelligent and highly educated people believe that the Theory of Evolution is Fact. They know this because the news media tells them this is so. The news media, the scientists, and the rest of the believers are all willfully ignorant for the same reason as the fanatic, even if they will not lie (except a small harmless white lie), cheat (except a minor bending of the rules, if it is judicious), steal (except if it is something small that want be missed anyway), or kill (except, well damaging the reputation of someone isn't really killing).

But all this is for nothing, because even a simple person can look at the world around him and see that the Theory of Evolution is false. There must have been a designer. Some power beyond the Natural. A Supernatural Designer. If there is, then He gets to make the rules. If He has, then we should find out what those rules are. (If you want a hint, look for a book that is a coherent collection written by say 40 authors in three languages over the span of 1500 years. The manuscript evidence for the integrity of this book is so overwhelming as to be Super-Natural.)

Oh, you may have heard of something called "intelligent design". Even the courts are calling this religious Creationism re-packaged. It is not. It is the attempt of Naturalists who, seeing that the Theory of Evolution is failing, are trying to come up with a Natural Designer (instead of a Super-Natural one). If we are not the highest form of life (we obviously didn't make the earth, stars, sun and moon) then perhaps some Natural force or being did. A powerful and intelligent elder creature or species... Enter the Flying Spaghetti Monster. It's truly amazing the lengths to which we will go to avoid our responsibility to our Creator.

Interesting post. I don't agree with it but interesting nonetheless.

I invite you to participate in a new forum that concerns this very subject matter. Both sides of the debate are welcome.

Incredible post! I really have trouble believing that you people (yes, "you people") are really sincere about what you say. It just amazes me of the level of ignorance that comes across in you posts, this one in particular. And it's even more amazing that you're completely blind to how rediculous your arguments are, completely aside from your belief in God. Evolution led to Nazism and Communism? Even if evolution were a complete lie there is simply no evidence for this! That's what bothers me the most...no evidence, only blind faith and ignorance.

I feel guilty leaving this comment because I realize I'm falling right into your trap of trying to make atheists and scientists look like arrogant, elitest bastards, but it's just too mind boggling not to address. Please keep up these posts because they really do make me feel better about myself and what I'm doing in the field of anthropology.

And to anyone reading this, Mr. Shouse certainly doesn't represent all who hail from Winston-Salem, NC.

Will, thank you for your comment! It does appears to be emotional and hurried, so I'm afraid I do not understand if you are claiming that those of us who believe in God ("you people") are ignorant and blindly ridiculous or that you are excepting the belief in God from that statement. However I challenge you to actually weigh the evidence yourself.

My faith is based in what can be plainly observed and tested. The Bible has withstood thousands of years of attempts to destroy and discredit it. (The modern science of Archeology was in large part invented in an attempt to discredit the Bible, instead the Bible became the most valuable research tool to the Archeologist!) Even still there is more manuscript evidence of the Bible's accuracy (faithful copying and translation) than any other writings in the world. There are also the living testimonies of changed lives. Every day, I can observe life coming from life; kind producing like kind. Never has it been observed in recorded history that life came from non-life; that kind came from non-kind. Never.

Against this, the evolutionist says we should trust blindly (I say blindly because there is no empirical evidence, only the opinion of biased scientists) in the scientists. Scientists who, because of understandable normal human pressures have repeatedly falsified their data (most recently, the cloning debacle). Scientists who refuse to be open to any other answer than the theory of evolution which of course leads them to the conclusion that evolution is the answer to the results of their experiments and tests. If the experiments and tests absolutely refuse to bend, budge, or be altered to fit the theory, then the theory is bent instead (and this is called progress).

As for the substance of my ignorant post, educate me. It is my understanding that history backs up my claims. The books won't draw the connection plainly, but any reasonable reader will see the connection between Evolution, Naturalism, Humanism, Communism, and Nazism. It is no hidden secret that Hitler (as well as other Nazi leaders) embraced evolution whole-heartedly. It was the lynch-pin of his genocide program. Whether Marx liked evolution or not, his theory is a classic example of an evolutionary world view (man and his culture will continue to improve over time). Lenin and Stalin were both avowed evolutionists and used evolution as justification for some of their most heinous actions.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Anthropology includes the art of taking fossilized (sometimes) extinct animal bones, diseased human bones, oddly shaped human or animal bones and making them fit into arbitrary categories. Dating is either via the long discredited Carbon Dating method or the circular fossil-strata (where the rock strata is dated by the fossils and the fossils found in the strata are dated by the rocks) method. From this arbitrary information, the anthropologist seeks to tie together a "family tree" of hominids. Never considering any alternative (Creation). Because, there is no alternative to the evolutionist.

Please, do not take my opinion on the matter, merely seek the truth for yourself. I admit I am flawed and make mistakes, but the One True God does not!

May God richly bless you, Will!

You are one of the few civilized discussants that I've encountered, so thank you for that. You still offer no logical reasoning behind your conclusions and while I don't expect you to prove the existence of God in a blog comment, I do expect you to at least try and back up the ludicrous claims you are making.

The argument that really bothers me (and that I take the most offence to) is your claim that evolution led to Nazism and Communism. In your comment you stated that "it is no hidden secret that Hitler (as well as other Nazi leaders) embraced evolution whole-heartedly." This is the essence of your claim and I fail to see any sort of connection between evolution and Hitler's vision of a master race other. Hitler and other racists like him hijacked what little was known about evolution at the time to serve their own purposes.

We are both aware of individuals that preach hatred and violence based on their interpretation of the Bible and their perception of Jesus' teaching. I believe that these individuals are more consistent with the Christian message that those that advocate acceptance and nonviolence. In your adulterated version of Christianity you surely wouldn't claim that these individuals are adhering to the true Word of God. I am taking a roundabout way to the assertion that evolution was to Hitler what Christianity was to Charles Manson. Surely you don’t agree that Charles Manson practiced the same version of Christianity as you?

Finally, you state that "The modern science of Archeology was in large part invented in an attempt to discredit the Bible, instead the Bible became the most valuable research tool to the Archeologist!" I have no idea where you pulled this tidbit from but I will agree the Bible is a very important reserach tool for archaeology, but not because it "revealed itself" to anyone.

This would be an interesting topic on Mark's forum, but I'll leave it up to you to do that if you wish.

Wow, what a debate! I have to say that this debate over creation or evolution is one of the more civilized that I've come across, but there is a correct answer. I'm going to open a can of worms and say that creation is the only way that we came into being.
The follower of Christ would believe the Bible (a book in which no falsehood has ever been discovered) which says "In the beginning, God", however the evolutionist would claim in the beginning a rock. I choose to believe God, because the reality of a higher being is more logical than an accident of nature. The evolutionist might say that it rained on the rocks (which we don't know where they came from) for many years and then there was a primordial soup of some sort. Well, that's my take on that.
Into something a little more closely related to the debate. Our government in the 60's somehow linked the Russian Space Program's success to their teaching of evolution in the school systems. As a result, they increased the real estate of print in public school textbooks that teach the evolution theory over 500%. This has continued to increase until, finally now, we can't even go to the zoo without hearing the evolution theory. Statistics prove that when the teaching of evolution increased, morality decreased. Murder, divorce, hate crimes, childhood pregnancy and many other forms of immoral behaviors increased exponentially at the very same time that evolution theories were taught in our public school system.
These statistics prove to me that the danger of evolution in our school systems is tremendous. We see through history many world leaders (like the ones mentioned previously) believed strongly in the evolution theory and specifically in the survival of the fittest aspect of evolution. Did you realize that the shootings in Columbine High School took place on Hitler's birthday? Those boys did this on purpose because they wanted to pay tribute to their influences. The people that they murdered were picked out (as supported by letters written prior) specifically to support their believe in evolution. One of the shooters wore Hitler on his shirt and the other had a shirt on that said "survival of the fittest". These facts are well documented and strongly support the fact that horrible events in our world history have been a result of leaders motivated by their belief in evolution.
Now, it must be clear that not all evolutionists perform hate crimes, but the false claims of the evolution theory are very dangerous. The survival of the fittest does not work simply because it requires death to improve. Eventually death is going to catch up to itself and destroy itself. The only way that survival occurs is through the continuation of life, not death. I can't help but throw this out, too: If someone dies without a belief in God (Jesus), what happens? Is it game over/lights out? If someone dies with a true belief in God, that person has a life after death as a reward that will last forever. If I'm going to be wrong about something, it's not going to be this. What have I got to lose if I'm wrong? In the end, if I'm right I get heaven, but if I'm wrong, I don't have any chance to change my mind and I get hell. Please choose Jesus.

Jamison, you said "The follower of Christ would believe the Bible (a book in which no falsehood has ever been discovered)"

With all due respect, you need to read a book other than the Bible.

I wish I could spend the time to further respond to your comment but you're running in circles (by that I mean circular reasoning).

I have confidence in the Bible and have done my research to discover the truth to life. I didn't always consider the Bible to be true, but EVERY question that I've had about life has been answered by the Bible. I don't only read the Bible (which should have been clear considering that we are here at this blog) so it is a narrow thought to claim that.

There has not been an event in biblical history that has not been backed up by historical evidence. The Bible prescribed medical treatments to disease in detail thousands of years ago that our current technology today cannot improve upon. The Bible contains prophetic scriptures that have been accurately historically dated that are being fulfilled as we speak (including the 9/11 attacks).

Speaking of prophecy, the Bible attributes over 300 prophecies to one man (Jesus) which as they are being fulfilled are proven to be historically correct from the original documented prophecy to the actual time of completion. The chance of 300 prophecies being fulfilled completely by one man is over 10 to the 72nd power. Do the math and you will be convinced that the probablility of a single piece of literature penned by over 30 authors over hundreds of years could only be true if it were inspired by the creator and controller of everything. The Bible is an integrated message system that spans time, is proven historically, mathematically, and prophetically to be absolutely true.

The God I serve is real, the Bible I believe is real, and the truth it holds is accurate. That being the case, I can believe that the message it holds within its' text is applicable in my life and worthy of my respect. I come to these conclusions not based on a feeling or something I've heard a nice man tell me, but on the established laws of our universe that cannot be bent to fit a theory, but are concrete and testable. I am a skeptic and will continue to be a skeptic because my future depends on me getting this right.

I believe my Bible is true. There is nothing in the Bible that has been proven false. What is it that you find in my statement to be incorrect? What about the Bible do you not trust?

Thanks for your comment Jamison! The crime statistics are a telling bit of evidence.

Will, thanks for continuing. When Jesus teaches "love your enemy", "turn the other cheek", "forgive seventy times seven times", none of this seems to espouse violence. Perhaps out of context when he teaches that "he comes to bring a sword and a man's enemies will be his own family" one might be confused. In context, however it is obvious that Jesus is teaching that the Good News is offensive and will cause families to argue, fight, and even break apart. (This is opposed to Islam, where Mohammed teaches that "the infidel must convert or die by the sword", and he plainly means what he says.) It is impossible imnsho to understand Christianity as presented in the Bible as preaching violence. We fight a spiritual battle. I agree that it is indisputable that Christianity has been hijacked repeatedly and many evil, horrible events in history have occured in the name (but not in the nature) of Christianity.

Evolution, however, is different. Oh, it definately has been hijacked. But it isn't a far stretch. If there is no "higher power", who determines right or wrong? Is it the strongest? The most organized? If it's me, what's to guarruntee that I won't abuse my authority?

Is it not logical, given the information at the time, that the "race" which first discovered evolution would be the "superior" race? If a race is superior and has achieved awareness of this superiority, it can be logically argued that this superior race should take steps to improve upon nature. What moral boundries apply to the superior race? Arguably, it would be immoral for them to not act!

Even today, proponents of the "Out of Africa" theory have to be careful, the theory is prone to be hijacked by people who are racist. They use simple logic, and leave out the morals. IIrc, DNA has been proving that the so-called "races" really are merely skin deep. The Bible has taught this since the very first. Though it too has been hijacked, used, by racists. The racists cannot use logic for Biblical support, only out of context passages.

Also, this further demonstrates the Biblical principle of the fallen nature of man. God says we are all degenerate. "The heart of man is desperately wicked." Evolution (or more correctly a world view based on it) says, we are all basically good, and we're getting better all the time! But just what is "good", and which way is "better"? In the evolutionary world view this is ill-defined and arguable. In the Creationist world view it is set in stone (the Ten Commandments).

Why "believe" what the Bible teaches about violence, when you can know. Its suprising, from a logical stand point, why the Bible isn't taught in secular colleges more. It is indesputibly the single most important influence on Western Culture. From a spiritual stand point, the reason is obvious.

I don't see where I said, "revealed itself" concerning the Bible (as a useful archeological tool), perhaps I should have. :-)

In Christianity, morality triumphs over logic. God's ways are higher than our ways, His thoughts are higher than our thoughts.

In an Evolutionary world view, logic reigns supreme. The best that can be hoped for, morally, is "enlightened" self-interest.
